In stock products are shipped within 10 business days. Delivery is usually by Postal Mail, and takes 2-5 business days. HOWEVER, with current COVID delays, packages in the US may take up to 30 days. International orders may take more than 60 days. Unfortunately, once the packages are shipped, we have no control over the timeline. We may combine orders when no shipping is paid on one or more of the orders and they are shipping to the same address.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Address
BellaHoot is not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address. It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address.
If a package is shipped back to BellaHoot due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, shipping charges will not be refunded. In the event that BellaHoot is unable to create a shipping label for the address provided by the customer, we will attempt to contact you for an address correction via e-mail. If no response is received within 24 hours, the entire order will be cancelled and you will be refunded in full.
All BellaHoot products are provided with flat rate anywhere in the USA for $6 per order for orders under $50.
International flat rate shipping is $20 per order for orders under $100 USD. BellaHoot is not responsible for any additional fees, customs, or duty charges applies by your country.
